On September 29, 2022 (Thursday), IFEZ signed a win-win agreement to revitalize the local construction industry in relation to the construction of the second stage of the infrastructure of Songdo International City 11-1. The construction of infrastructure for Songdo International City 11-1 will be completed by 2025, with a total project cost of 825.9 billion won to prepare for growing land demand and revitalize industrial complexes through the construction of infrastructure such as roads and reservoirs.
