February 17, 2023 (Friday) IFEZ signed a land sale agreement with BMW to build the BMW R&D Center in Cheongna International City. BMW Korea, a subsidiary of BMW in Germany, will lease 5,295㎡ of the long-term rental industrial complex in Cheongna IHP (Incheon Hi-tech Park) urban high-tech industrial complex from LH for up to 30 years, and BMW plans to start construction in the first half of this year and complete the R&D center in 2024.
