Lee Hwan-kyun, head of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, visited One-North in Singapore and Dubai Internet City in the United Arab Emirates from March 31 to April 6, 2005 to investigate advanced cases of U-City projects. During the visit, he received a briefing from local officials on the strategy and purpose of building U-City, business and service models, and discussed the direction of cooperation with the Incheon Economic Agency.
